Does the credit limit mean Kortyx can only process a limited number of emails?

No. Kortyx processes every email you receive through two free filtering layers — smart rules (Layer 1) and relevance scoring (Layer 2) — at no credit cost. Nothing is deleted from your inbox; filtering only controls how Kortyx treats each message. Credits are only spent on Layer 3 AI extraction, which runs on high-signal emails only. A typical inbox of 80 emails per day produces 3–5 extractions worth running — well within any plan's monthly allowance.

How is my data secured?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is fully isolated with row-level security, and your conversations and documents are never used to train shared models. Read more on our Security page.

Which AI models power Kortyx?

Accepted Answer

Kortyx uses a mix of frontier models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT) routed automatically based on the task — fast models for triage, deeper models for briefings and reasoning. You don't need your own API keys.

Kortyx is currently designed around the individual leader. Team workspaces with shared org context, briefings, and reporting roll-up are on the roadmap — contact us if you want early access.

Does Kortyx integrate with my calendar / CRM / email?

Calendar, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and email integrations are rolling out. In the meantime, you can paste meeting notes, drop in transcripts, and forward emails — Kortyx extracts people, actions, and follow-ups automatically.

How do I cancel?

From Settings → Subscription, click 'Manage subscription' to open the customer portal. You can cancel in one click; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly or yearly billing?

Both. Yearly saves roughly two months versus monthly. You can switch plans anytime from the customer portal.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your workspace is preserved for 30 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate. After that, data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time via hello@kortyx.ai.
