Why I built Kortyx
I've spent my career working across international organisations — leading teams, navigating complex commercial decisions and managing the constant flow of meetings, emails, commitments and relationships that make large organisations function.
And I kept seeing the same problem.
The organisation remembers only what its people remember.
Important decisions disappear into meeting notes. Commitments get buried in email threads. Context stays in people's heads. And when someone changes role, leaves, or simply forgets — the organisation loses part of its memory.
That's not a productivity problem. It's a structural one. And no amount of meeting tools or AI assistants solves it — because they all start fresh every session.
Kortyx is my attempt to change that. To give organisations a layer that actually remembers — connecting what was decided, who owns it, what the risk is, and what happened before — so that the next decision starts with the full weight of the last one.
